One of my favorite downtown Detroit Detroit restaurants to go to when I'm hungry is Detroit's Breakfast House. I remember the first time I ate here and it was great. I tried the Chicken and Waffles with a side of OJ and absolutely loved it. Ever since then, it has become one of my favorite restaurants to go to in Detroit.

Of course breakfast is their specialty but try some other dishes as well such as the Catfish Fillet on the Lunch Menu. If you're in the mood for a salad, try the Chicken Caesar salad. Here are their hours of operation: Monday - Thursday 7:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Friday 7:30 A.M. to 4 P.M. Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 P.M. Sunday 8:00 AM to 4: P.M. As you can see, the latest it stays open is until 5 P.M. on Saturday. This restaurant is primarily for the breakfast, lunch, brunch, and light dinner types, but it is well worth it.
