The Whitney Detroit is a great upscale and classy restaurant to dine at in the city of Detroit. This was the mansion of a prominent Detroiter in the past (David Whitney) and it has been turned into one of the most elegant restaurants in the city of Detroit.

You can expect to pay some big bucks to eat here and even more if you bring a date of course :) But fortunately, you do get what you pay for and you will no doubt leave with a full stomach and satisfied with your meal. Many people love the Sunday brunch and especially the dinner. Dishes like the salmon, ribs, salad, pasta and the delicious deserts will make the choice of dish very hard but that's why you come back more than once.

The service is great and the atmosphere of dining in a grand old mansion makes it even more unique. It is located not too far from downtown Detroit and right near the cultural and museum district.
